The following Terms and Conditions apply to all projects:

• The length for projects are approximate, creativity is impossible to force. If you have deadlines, let me know in the early stages of the project.

• I will start developing the initial proposals after you have secured the payment on the chosen platform.

• If I don’t get a response for two weeks or more on an ongoing project, I’ll end it.

• If I breach any of the conditions stipulated here or any of those that the intermediary platform may add, you can request a refund. Otherwise, the work is considered done.

• I will send the final files only for the selected definitive designs. If you need more, please let me know so I can adjust the quote.

• Final files include PNG, JPG, EPS, PDF, SVG, both RGB and CMYK color modes, as needed.

• Rights of final designs transfer to you or your organization after payment is released. I keep the rights of the discarded concepts and can use them as I choose.
